Shipping & Handling: Orders under $25 = $5, $25.01 - $49.99 = $10 and orders over $50 = FREE SHIPPING. Our default shipping method is via UPS Ground. For UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select, please inquire within. International orders, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Canada: Unfortunately, we are not able to accept international orders at this time.
We bake to order every weekend. Orders received by Friday 5 pm PST, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. We use packing peanuts made of cornstarch. They dissolve in water so please do your part in preserving our environment.
Store Policy: Our granola is packaged in a re-sealable pouch bag made of kraft paper and foil lined. After receiving your shipment, store your product in a cool, dry place. Keep pouch bags tightly sealed to ensure freshness.
Return/Refund Policy: We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We will replace or refund in the event the product arrives damaged or the product does not meet your expectations. You must contact us within 14 days of your order shipment date.
